Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) USA is an 8-hour training program that teaches participants (parents, guardians, and care partners) how to help someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem. This class is appropriate for people over the age of 18 who wants to learn more about how to help a person with mental health concerns.
Training is free. All materials will be provided. Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided.
