Evanston Public Library partners with Illinois Legal Aid Online (ILAO) as a Legal Self-Help Center. A legal self-help center is a place where you can learn about the law and your legal rights.
Every Tuesday afternoon, drop in to the ILAO Legal Self-Help Center to learn how to use Illinois Legal Aid Online to get information about the law, your legal rights, and generate basic legal forms to file in Illinois courts.
