"Girls Be Heard!" is an empowerment program for girl-identifying 4th and 5th graders to build confidence in speaking up! Over this four day workshop, girls are led through learning, exploring and growing four key values: assertive communication, respect (for self and others), body positivity and confidence!
Register for the workshop and get the chance to dance with Hip Circle Empowerment Center's Executive Director, Malik Turley and meet children's author, Betsy Bird!
This program is open to children who attend school in District 65 or live in Evanston. Space is limited.
