Each session of this series will cover different aspects of preparing to purchase a home. Session topics will include providing prospective homebuyers with an understanding of housing affordability, the home purchase process, credit readiness, and lender determinates for financing; budgeting tips, tips for setting spending limits, debt management tips, and setting financial goals; understanding loan types, financing products, the closing process, and the professionals involved in the homebuying process.
