In this workshop, Northwestern student Hank Yang will demonstrate how he uses doodling as a form of stress relief. All are welcome to participate.
"I let my hand go and it becomes what it will."
---
Hank is a freshman at Northwestern University studying Journalism and Political Science.
His art experience comes from taking high school art classes and doodling on the margins of his notes when he should instead be listening in class. He loves to use his art to make other people happy and draws caricatures or portraits of his friends and family.
His doodles and painted shoes are on display on the 3rd floor of the Evanston Public Library throughout the month of May. His drawings are paired with confessional Instagram posts that describe mandatory quarantine both in Korea and at Northwestern.
In this workshop, Hank will demonstrate how he uses doodling as a form of stress relief.
Registration is encouraged as space is limited.
