Drop in to the Crown Branch Reading Garden for physically-distanced, masked, outdoor activities; best for families with kids ages 3-8 (but all are welcome).
Each week (weather permitting), we'll put out some fun outdoor activities you can do with your family. Think sidewalk chalk, bubbles, hula hoop games, frisbees, balls, and of course some books you can enjoy outdoors - bring your own blanket to sit on. When possible, we will put out some water play activities - so wear something you don't mind getting wet! In the event of inclement weather, this event will be canceled.
Because of the presence of unvaccinated children, masks on all persons 2 & up are required, even at this outdoor venue.
The Crown Branch Reading Garden is the patio space on the corner of Main & Dodge just west of the library. You can access it through the west community center doors.
While this is not a registration-only event, it will help us prepare if we know you're planning on attending some of the sessions. Please fill out this Google form.
