Oakton Community College hosts free ESL at Evanston Public Library twice per week in the summer - Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am to 1pm.
To pre-register, complete Oakton Community College's ESL Pre-Registration form. An Oakton representative will contact you to schedule registration and testing.
