In 2018, over 2,000 people in Illinois died from opioid-related overdoses. In this program, attendees will learn:
A nonprofit organization working to both reduce stigma and prevent substance use disorder among individuals, families, and communities, and minimize the overall health, legal and social harms associated with substance use. Our values include the promotion of diversity and inclusion, compassion for individuals experiencing substance use disorder, education via research and best practices, sustainability, and recognition of the history guiding Live4Lali's efforts.
