Penned@EPL is offering two poetry workshops this Spring to kick start your creativity. All adults aged 18 and older are invited to attend.
Are you a poetry lover who has always wanted to write poetry but doesn’t know where to start? Or, have you not written any poetry since high school or college and would love to begin creating again?
“Thoughts that breathe” In this workshop we will explore poems that use imagery, figurative language and metaphor to convey a powerful response in the reader. We will use these skills to compose our own poems.
Monday April 24th 6:00-7:30 pm Community Meeting Room (107), 1703 Orrington Ave.
Seating is limited. Registration is required.
Please use the registration link or call: Readers Services at 847-448-8620
