Aidan McCormack, Volunteer Coordinator with Moments Hospice, is a passionate community connector linking people with their best chance to make a real difference. Aidan is a graduate of Meadville Lombard Theological School and served as chaplain at both Rush University Medical Center and Elmhurst Hospital.
