What version of Minecraft can I use?
Participants must use a Minecraft Education account. We can not use any other versions of Minecraft. If you do not have a Minecraft Education, we will provide a free account for you to use over the summer. Be sure to include a non-D65 email address in your registration so we can send you your log-in information.
Do I need anything else?
You will need a device you can install Minecraft Education on and internet access. Minecraft Education works on both computers (PC & Mac), Chromebooks, and iPads, including D65 iPads. If you do not have internet access and/or an appropriate device and would like to participate, please let us know so we can troubleshoot a solution.
When will I get my account info?
We will send out account information to all registered participants by June 4. If you register after this date, we will send you your account information as soon as possible before the next club meeting.
How will I join the server?
We will send you a Zoom link to the email you registered with when we send you your account information. We will use the same Zoom link for each summer club meeting to chat and provide the server join code. We will send a reminder email with the Zoom link 30 minutes before each club meeting as well.
