Let's meet quarterly to we share our intentions for the year 2023, support each other and thrive together.
We often make New Year's Resolutions but we don't always follow through with them. In this virtual space, we will share our intentions, celebrate our victories and encourage each other to make 2023 a year of curiosity, discovery, and self-love. Use this booklet to get you started
Below is a simple breakdown of what the different sessions will be about:
Winter 1/25: For our first session, attend in person or online. We will share how we want 2023 to feel and what specific actions or resolutions will help us get there. We will also provide some tips and a small booklet to keep track of our intentions.
Spring 4/5: How are we doing? This is our first check in. Maybe we are following through with our resolutions, or we made new ones that we want to share with the group, or we just want to come together and feel inspired.
Summer 6/28: Our energy is in a different place. How are we doing? What has changed? What are we excited about or need to work on a bit more on? How can the group help?
Fall 9/27: We are starting to go inward again, reflecting on what is working for us and how we envision the upcoming weeks, when Nature and our bodies begin a different cycle. What are we grateful for? How does this feel like with regards to what we wanted for 2023? Do we need to revise and reflect or are we enjoying the fruits of our previous work?
Winter 12/13: We are now closing the cycle. What has changed since our first meeting? How was this group helpful? 2024 is around the corner and we are starting to see what new intentions and visions we want for the new year. What does this look like?
Feel free to download the Making 2023 a Year to Be booklet here or come to the Crown Branch to pick up a copy starting on January 3rd, 2023. In it you will find guidelines, tips, resources and templates to set and follow through your own intentions for 2023.
