A reflection on collective “loss” that has occurred in Black history to various types of losses and grief that we are facing today
Guest speaker Dara Winley, Director of the Bette D. Harris Clinic & Community Programs at the Family Institute
She will present on providing insight on managing loss/grief from a mental health perspective and provide self-care tips and overall strategies when facing loss and grief. She will also provide strategies for mental health providers to consider when working with families navigating loss both in the past and now.
