Impact Behavioral Health Partners provides permanent supportive housing, employment services, outpatient therapy and case management services to medicaid eligible adults with mental health diagnoses. All of Impact's programs provide recovery-oriented support to participants with services personalized based on each participant's needs, strengths, and goals.
