Enjoy the outdoors with a self-guided StoryWalk® book posted along the walking path at several locations all across Evanston.
In honor of National StoryWalk® Week (November 15-19), The Evanston Public Library has placed several fun, exciting stories along the paths of several locations throughout Evanston.
StoryWalk® is an engaging, outdoor reading activity that serves to promote physical activity and literacy for both adults and children! As you stroll down the path, you will come across a new page of the story. The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
We invite you to visit each location and discover all the different stories that we have chosen to celebrate diversity, reading and nature.
